Thats BS. Any place outside of the 5 broughs of NYC and the city of Buffalo.. you can get a carry permit pretty easily. The process takes about 8-10 weeks total.
NYC and Buffalo are two totaly different stories- you either need to be a celebrity, an active law enforcement officer, or retired law enforcement.
