The same as an actor did in 1980 and what a great president he turned to be!

A brisk wind and a wet finger augmented by personal aspirations.

"How does a prosecutor end up being a top military and world affairs expert?"

That's the 64,000 question. An ex-mayor suddenly knows all about being a Commander-in-Chief? Getting rid of public urination is somehow a qualification to fighting Islamofascists? This does not compute.

How did an actor do so ? Or a Texas Oilman ?

Remember, the President runs a TEAM. It's the overall approach that matters.

While Guiliani doesn't meet my political policy requirements, you DO have to give him points for having guts and a pair and not being afraid to use either. . .

So far, of the announced candidates, he DOES appear to be the most electable. Which, in and of itself. . .is a sad statement on the Republican candidates. . .

How does a honcho of an oil company (and a self admitted - not even GOOD one at that) and the owner of a baseball team become a top military and world affairs expert?

NOT by trying to get his inner-city police-state butt-buddy, goofball BERNARD K., selected to one of the highest national security-related posts in the land, that's for sure.
