You are so right on that. I am having ISP problems again so it will be helter skelter today on top of the usually very slow Dial up that I have. Another Month or so and I will be on with DSL.

Broadband is great I virtually never turn my connection off now and recently I got a free upgrade on speed and a reduction in cost for both TV/telephone and broadband service.

I think they were concerned I was about to take my business elsewhere as I started the conversation I have been looking at options and prices. I was meaning their options and prices but the way I worded it one could take it either way. Sometimes it is worth making a phone call - saved me about 25.00 dollars a month with a faster broadband speed.
