Having read as much of marcotte's blogging as my stomach and sensibiities could bear, what I have a problem with is, the filthy language.
I don't care about her positions, or her opinions, but her filthy mouth leaves me cold. If I knew children were reading her filth, I would be pretty upset.
As it is, if she can't express even one thought without the use of the F-word, that tells me a lot about her general intelligence. She is apparently lacking in basic language skills (and must not have a thesaurus or a dictionary, or a mother with a bar of soap).
She can write about anything she wants, but if the Edwards clan is comfortable with her filthy prose, and feel that she represents their values, then I am not comfortable with their parenting skills or their choice of employees.
So be it. I guess that tells us quite a lot about all the Edwards - more than I cared to know.
So, let the filth pour from the Edward's bloggers - I'm sure all the DUmmies who love him will be impressed that he is down on their level. I know I am. Just goes to show, money cannot buy class. Or even couth.
Proving that the "religious" left doesn't understand how forgiveness works. Gibson apologized, and it appears he did so sincerely. Are the bloggers sincerely sorry for what they wrote? God forgives those who come to Him with contrition and the heartfelt intention to do better in the future. There's no evidence that the bloggers think they did anything wrong. It appears to me that they're more sorry they were caught, than truly sorry.
