Thanks FSE. Hope things are well with you and your men.
No, generated 1977-2001.
Your reply is puzzling. Do you mean that Kerry actually had CMH paperwork generated....I find that hard to believe!
Two nicks and three grains of rice in your butt do not amount to CMH recommendations....except maybe in Kerry's mind!
Medal of Honor Congratulations come due!
Sorry, I forgot to hit the sarcasm alert.
Thanks for the ping.
'cause your name ain't KERRY!
WOW! Thanks for posting!! It's so nice to see this happen. I love the book and the movie!!
My heartfelt thanks to ALL of you here who have served our great Country! You're my heroes!
Usually? When a previous award is upgraded to the MoH, and after the witnesses have left military service, there's trouble tracking them down for their statements.
Great!
He keeps telling me he had no idea. I am glad he sees it as to what its all about.
My father flew B-29 missions out of Guam during WW2. As one of 10 children we were always so very proud of his tremendous patriotism and honorable service.
He became commander of an American Legion Post down in Milwaukee back in the late sixties, and we practically grew up there. We were surrounded by great men who served during WW2, Korea, and Vietnam. We were in awe then, and continue to be in awe of all who serve today.
Thank your father for us as well. A recognition well deserved.
