Yes, the city has also gotten dirtier over the past two years.
I'm leaning toward Mitt. I would LOVE Newt, but his "female problems" in the past mean that he will not likely run.

I sure don't want someone who is on Viagra and shooting blanks in the war on terror...

I thought Mitt would pick Newt for VP. We shall see. How are the Mets looking this season?

I think signing Ruben Sierra is a mistake. Omar Minaya may be the best GM in baseball, but even he makes an occassional error.

The leftist slime machine is operating. Whenever a Republican is perceived as a threat to the left, they start their politics of personal destruction machine.
They scrutinize everything the person has ever said or done, and look for something to crucify him on. If they don't find something, they can be sure that one of their little operatives will spring up and suddenly claim to remember something that the Republican did.
If nobody invents anything, the media invent something.

Was that the only transaction during the off season?

Pretty much, although they have gotten some young prospects who now must prove themselves down in St. Lucie.
BTW: I live very near one of the Yankees farm teams. They play in a nice stadium on the Delaware.

The Scranton Red Barrons were sold to the Columbus Clippers, hence I have a Yankee AAA team right in my backyard. You know I am thrilled! At least I can be happy about one thing living in the god forsaken liberal state.

That would be the Trenton Thunder. Tickets are cheap and you can't find a bad seat.
BTW: Is it true that the eastern Poconos are becoming crime havens?

Yes you know Stroudsburg is a extension of the Bronx and the Area of Blakeslee in Monroe County you have drug dealers from NY and NJ coming up. There are a few developments in the area of Blakslee that you cannot and should not buy or stay in, such as "A Pocono Country Place" it is like the projects.

" Duncan who?"
I think his name is Duncan Hines. I always liked his cake mix.

I thought the Metrosexuals who lick Rudy Rockefeller's boots preferred Quiche on a Chartreuse serving platter from Pottery Barn. ;-)

"Your comebacks are as limp as Rudy's..."
Yeah?
Still better than your nonexistent comebacks isn't it?
BTW, there is nothing limp about Rudy, as you will find out if you ask all those tough drug dealers and mob vermin he put away.
