The play is about the drug-related murder of Matthew Shepherd who has been turned into a Horst Wessel-like martyr for "diversity."

The official line is that a "gay college student" was murdered.

Westboro Baptist is in the mix making this an ugly mess that can only benefit the homosexual agenda.

Where do they come from? Their website lists this picket with at least half a dozen others on the same day all over the country.

I thought he was a drug using prostitute that, like many other drug using prostitutes, ended up getting killed by a couple johns.

Its almost as if his dead body was useful for a propaganda campaign.

To All Readers of this thread please make note that the Westboro Baptist has nothing to do with any organized religious Baptist Association... and especially the Southern Baptist Association. Bad company corrupts good character. The school should also be ashamed of itself for this little stunt.

Gee! Why was Shepherd killed? He was cruising for a guy in a straight bar. Excuse me, but Laramie is a cowboy town, knowing cowboys as I do, and I do know a few - my brother in law for one. Shepherd took his life and put it into his own hands when he did so, because some free thinking straight guy would resolve the issue immediately as it was, which IS what happened.

Liberals, as Ronald Regan once said, are people who know everything about nothing, and are therefore armed with stupidity. Shepherd paid the price for his idiocy. May he NOT rest in peace.
