I am in favor of first allowing the initial appeals process to reach its conclusion. I am also in favor of what the President has said he is doing, which is to review the case. If the conviction is overturned, great. If it is not, that's fine by me also, because I can't form an opinion on the merits of the case either way. I don't have the facts (and don't accept all the yammering on talk radio and on these boards as facts). Same thing if the President does or does not decide to pardon them.
Actually, I haven't been listening to talk radio on this case, I've actually been reading what real data is available on the case.
