(CNSNews.com) - Weeks after accusing President Bush of "shameful" behavior over the imprisonment of two Border Patrol agents who shot an unarmed suspected drug smuggler along the U.S.-Mexico border, a federal lawmaker turned up the heat further Wednesday, suggesting the president should be impeached if either of the two men is murdered in prison.

Unbelievable you posted something with out saying you heard it on a radio show. I thought you were in to commercials.
Dear George Bush;
Damage control is needed.. The stink behind this is revolting.. How far does the Mexican Drug dealers influence go even to the WHite House?.. Better do something bucko.. Hanging Carter and Clinton may happen one day if justice prevails you are looking pretty dirty yourself..
A republican voter..
p.s. the Sandy Berger affair was rididulous.. that ain't over either to many..
I don't know if the FIA covers court documents, or if yes, if it covers judical proceedings that are still in progress. Again, as I tried to make clear to you, there are multiple reasons why a trial transcript would not be released, if in fact that is the situation here. Without knowing the particular circumstances of this case, I draw no conclusions either way from the issue of the transcripts.
You didnt say if you knew who Sanchez is?
I'm not here to play a game of 20 questions with you. I said I have not followed the case. Enough said.
I am on your side re Able Danger, but once you go that far off into conspiracy theoryland, I'm turned off.
You don't know anyone outside of your own little circle, do you. It's so easy to see monsters under one's bed, when none are there................................:-)
Then consider that yesterday, after all this time and all the communications noted, that the OIG admitted there never was such evidence. This whole thing stinks to high heaven.
I for one don't like going into stores and seeing signs in languages other than English. I also don't like seeing the aisles crowded with Mexicans that I know most are illegals. Spending money that could be spent by families who don't have employment because there aren't any jobs for them.
Now go ahead and label me with whatever 75 cent word you can come up with.
1. IF there has been a gross miscarriage of justice and malfeasance IN THE COURSE OF THE TRIAL. What government bureaucrats in DC do has no bearing on that unless it can be shown in a court of law that they withheld, tampered with, mismanaged, or otherwise messed up evidence directly bearing on the case.
2. Every convicted felon claims there has been a gross miscarriage of justice and prosecutorial malfeasance in their cases. They all are at some risk of being injured or killed in prison. Do you expect the president of the United States to "get involved" in every criminal case? Or do you just draw the line here because this is related to illegal immigration? Just where is the line you draw before you toss out the Constitution?
I can't answer to that, as I have not followed Hunter's or Cunningham's entire political careers, nor their friendship if they had any. It is difficult when a friend places you in a position of having to say ANYTHING about their wrongdoings, but it happens. And I suppose a compassionate soul MIGHT err on the side of generosity. It is not a good position to be put in.
Such as, what was POTUS supposed to say after Rudy recommended Kerik for HS Chief and Bernie turned out to be a liar, a cheat and probably a mobster?
*Grin*
Amen. God bless Jose Compean and Ignacio Ramos, and all our Border Patrol agents: America's First Line of Defense.
I have to take issue with your statement...I am from Germany and nowhere (ATM, shops etc) is anything employed to communicate but German. (exceptions made in the International places, like Airports, Train hubs etc).
Nobody offered me a translated function in German at the bank when I needed it.
I bothered to learn English in order to prevail in our society, unlike other elements expecting our society to bent over and cater to their needs, because they are to stupid and/or too lazy to adapt to a new society.
Therefore, as long as the United States of America's Congress working language is English, everybody has to speak English...period!
Hehehehe....
1. Don't be "sorry." I know enough to be concerned that, once again, "real" conservatives are willing to toss the Constitution overboard when it suits their purposes.
2. Again, if all the alleged flaws with the trial case are true even in part, the appeal is a slam dunk.
3. Bottom line, what you are saying is that you don't trust the judicial process, not just in this case, but period. I sympathize with that position, and would respect fighting to restore a measure of trust in the judiciary. However, the narrow, hysterical focus on this one case because it touches on the illegal immigration debate only leaves me cold.
Thanks! It would be most appreciated.
I've seen all the Cunningham stuff and am well aware of that. And yes, Hunter did support some of the same stuff Cunningham did. But that has been gone over with a fine tooth comb. In completion of the Cunningham investigation, there is reportedly a pending indictment of Brent Wilkes and associates in the works. Out of everything I've read, there is no dirt attached to Hunter--but if there were, I would expect it here, not having anything to do with Abramoff.
Come on. The evidence, all of it, says these heros are innocent of any crime. Stop the phony posturing and admit that you're in favor of the cultural destruction that has occurred here due to excessive immigration.
Absolutely. Watson and Maxine Waters, among others, helped give us the Rodney King riots.
bump.
You would have me believe that the entire judicial system, from the prosecutor, to the trial judge, to the jurors, to the defense attornys, to everyone up the food chain stretching to DC took it into their heads to persecute these poor, innocent border patrol agents for no good reason.
Puhleeeese.
I know most people agitating for a pardon for these men mean well, and I know that you all want to circumvent an appeals process you don't trust. While I can sympatize, I absolutely cannot countenance tossing the Constitution overboard in order to correct what you see as a wrong in this single case. And I don't give a rat's butt what any of you may think of me due to my stand.
why go to this extreme?the agent should be placed in a secure situation-why is jonathan pollard excused from general population after all these year-because aipac pays big bucks for his safety?ramos was thrown to the dogs after only a week-as a former INS agent i would never have showed up for incarceration in ramos' position-i would rather have killed my tormentors and eaten my gun-they can't punish a dead man-but i understand that ramos is a relatively young man with a family and a future so i shouldn't presume to think for him-if Bush doesn't pardon him after scum llike marc ritch and the New Square hasids and various "good old boy"conmen and the puerto rican terrorists got pardons then he should leave office yesterday
It seems like we have plenty of work to do!... It never stops :)
