Well, next time drug companies try back door approaches to market , badly tested, injections to young girls they will use age non specific terms such female. For now I am equating woman with over the age of eighteen. Certainly women would never be used to describe eleven year old girls.
By making Texas parents jump through hoops so their daughters will not be injected with a vaccine from Merck, a company which had its butt sued off , Merck has proved beyond a shadow of a doubt, it's unethical. Perry is a disappointment.
