There is no question that a large segment of Republican voters are not familiar with Giuliani's positions on many important issues.
How could voters not know about Rudy -- they would have to have no TV, no radio, no newspaper, and no internet in order not to know where Rudy stands on everything! :)
I don't presume that anyone is stupid, but the Iowa caucus is 11 months away and there will be a lot questions answered between now and then.
