The music in the 70's was outstanding. Aha! The 70s are back from outer space!
I just found out the other day that one of my all-time fave Internet clips is up on youtube. (There's probably a dozen copies of it there actually. Why was I surprised??)

Theres still good stuff being written today. Sadly radio and media are different. Today Corporate types sell "formula" You have to search the Indy music out to find the jewels.
As a kid in the 70s I recall you could tune all up and down the dial and find tons of new stuff. Not so today

What's tunes without a platter of fries to munch on???
Easy oven fries
INGREDIENTS:
nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray
4-5 large baking potatoes cut into 1/4 strips
seasoning blend, your choice
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 450°.
Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Toss potatoes with seasoning choice. Put on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes so they brown evenly.
