ROFL! You're absolutely right about that.
All one has to do to find proof is just cruise our FR forum for about 5 minutes and you'll see all sorts of xenophobia, homophobia and bigotry.

I ask if the Land of Oz has same sex marriages...
Just more of your "observing"?
...and you call me homophobic?
I didn't call you homophobic. I said quite clearly..."You seem to have a hang-up." You appear to have interpreted that in a most peculiar manner.
Get lost, creep.
Poor you. Open forum, can't comply.
Too hot in the kitchen?

the premis is that they are homosexuals in denial but the candy bar brought them "out".
feel free to be freudian on the symbols.

I'm just waiting for the Metrosexual crowd to climb on in and boycott Mars for appeasing the gays by pulling the anti-gay ad as well as making an ad that might be interpretted as anti-gay......

wrong, the whole laughable marketing spin of metrosexual is that they are essentially closseted homosexuals. Just like this commercials which was pushing the broken back snickers. Perhaps you should visit more often on FreeRepublic.
Resorting to such childish name calling only proves the lack of intellect behind your argument.

Metrosexuals get manicures, pedicures, hair color, plastic surgery and take care of their bodies and health.
They can dry themselves after a shower with a white towel and leave no 'stains'...if you know what I mean. ;^)
If they were homosexuals, they'd be called homosexuals. Therefore not all metrosexuals and homosexuals.
Thanks for playing, though.

I have found the much-anticipated Super Bowl commercials to be dull and unfunny for well over a decade now.
It's really something that the marketing whizzes and network execs have convinced Americans to look forward to stupid commercials.

That's not the premise at all. LOL!
This thread is quite revealing to say the least.
Stupidity and ignorance are alive and well here on the forum.

If it were normal people offended by the add showing two men kissing do you think they would yank the add??
To: NoDRodee
Technically the two guys didn't kiss. Their lips came into contact with each other from eating the candy bar from opposite ends.
As soon as they realized their lips met....you know the rest of the story.
The commercial ad was a huge success because of the publicity. Pulling the ad just piles on the interest...as we're still discussing it.

To: DCPatriot
as evidenced by how comically they decided to exhibit their machoness. ------ It didn't appear to be comical to them. It looked to me like there was some panic in their response to what they must have believed was a kiss, however accidental. Otherwise, why respond that way to an accident? Whatever. I still would have preferred better looking men. (LOL) I don't think my husband would have ever bitten to the other end of that candy bar. Kinda strange behavior coming from macho men.

Some have said it was the suggestion that "red necks" are homophobic. Could be but it sure is strange to me that two macho men would even bite opposite ends of a candy bar in the first place. Are greasy, dirty mechanic types prone to be gay?

My kids know better than to talk when a game is on but they can yak away during commercials. When they started talking Sunday during the first commercial break I told them to shut up and they looked at me like I was drunk. LOLYou weren't?

Question. Which are worse, the callouses on your knuckles or on your palms?
