Do you have a problem with Italian-Americans?

Of course not. If elected, Rudy G will be the first Italian-American President - it's about time. I expect my Italian-American relatives will vote for him. I know I will.

Not that I'm really fond of the whole hyphenated American thing, but I'll make an exception here. BTW, FreeRepublic seems awful sluggish today.

Thank you! I am paranoid after all the slams against Rudy recently and I admit it.

My three kids are 50% Italian and we belong to the Sons of Italy. I am proud of the Italian heritage of my children and have been doing research back to family in the Naples area. Their great grandparents came over before the turn of the century through Ellis Island. Also belong to the Daughters of the American Revolution because my family was here in the early 1700's. Joined the Sons of Italy so I could find offers for Italian products to buy from here in OK.

It is sluggish.

Speaking as a hyphenated one, I hope Rudy gives 'em all an offer they can't refuse.
