St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert P. McCulloch will announce this afternoon that he is filing still more charges against kidnapping suspect Michael Devlin of Kirkwood.
McCulloch has scheduled a press conference for 3 p.m. in Clayton. The terse announcement of the press conference lacked specifics on the new charges.

Count: 18 KIDNAPPING - CLASS B FELONY
That Michael J. Devlin, in violation of Section 565.110, RSMo, committed the class B felony of kidnapping, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011, RSMo, in that between October 6th, 2002 and November 30th, 2002, the defendant unlawfully confined S.H. at 491 South Holmes, Apt. D, without his consent for a substantial period, for the purpose of facilitating the commission of the felony of forcible sodomy.
Shawn was restrained from Oct 6th 2002 to Nov 30th 2002 for the only purpose of forced sodomy. Geez, can this get any worse.
And Ben, 17 times in such a short period.
That 's why I've been trying to defend poor Shawn !

He will automatically get life sentence for these new charges. In order to get the death penalty in the state of MO is if it is proved he killed someone.

They said at the news conference that they based it on the evidence, interviews, the acts described and the time frame involved, and that over the four year period of time there were clearly more allegations at the beginning and then more spread out over the remining time. He said he based this on interviews with Devlin himself and then Shawn and Ben.
A death sentence by the state would be too kind.
Let the other inmates get at him.
