Yeppers...and that is why he made SO MUCH $$$$ as a slip and fall lawyer...and could afford to fell a whole forest to build his gaudy estate!!
Most of these other places he'd visit DO NOT and do not have any respect for our doing so.....
All Edwards has done is talk about Iraq...but has given NO PLAN...other than talk to Iran, and that it needs a "political solution"....
BUT, he would STILL pull out troops, even though the AIE report that Timmy read to him, said pulling troops right away would cause chaos....
Timmy did NOT call him on this, of course.
The media effectively shut down most of the effect of anything coming out of the adm by screaming "propoganda" amd "Bush lies". With the 30 second attention span of the majority of the folk, maybe this would be effective in a psa or something like that.

You have highlighted the problem with presentday media. They view their repitition of any statement from anyone in the Bush Administration as Propaganda, and therefore it is their duty NOT to spread Propaganda.
This is one of the reasons that [almost] every sentence from a DBM reporter starts with "but." This includes headlines in some newspapers!

If I recall, Edwards did not carry his own county.
Just saw Lindsay Graham with Chris Wallace. He was awesome. He managed to smack down Hillary and Webb in a statesman like manner. Wonder why his name hasn't been tossed around for the VP spot.
He spent a lot of time dodging direct answers to questions. It's appropriate they showed him shoveling in the opening of the program. Wait until you see the duck and dodge over the gay issue.

I think you'll find any R member of the Gang of Fourteen gets tepid support.....especially here.
All I can think of is repetition and complaints when the media fails to ask. That, and getting our side to ask the questions as our candidates begin their campaigns.
It would also help if the various states and national GOP would get off their collective duffs and start asking.
Edwards being asked about a quote saying that Pres. Bush isn't a good man...and isn't a man that is doing the right thing....
Edwards is trying to say it was taken out of context...but, then goes on and says just that same thing, in different words.
Soo...Edwards thinks Pres. Bush isn't a decent person, and is a liar.

Would Webb care to comment upon hitlery's thousand dollar investment in cattle futures.....that just happened to become one hundred thousand???????????????????????????
