Of course there is NO plan to build more prisons...

First its energy, now its prisoners.
Are the other states getting tired of picking up after California?

They should ship them all the way back south of the Rio Grande where many of them belong..

i say, build prisons literally on the mexican border, with one gate into the u.s. and one into mexico.

you need the u.s. entrance for the convenience of lawyers and families.

security at the mexican gate could be lax--if they escape, so wha'?

Since 40% of California prisoners are illegal immigrants, why not start a chain gang to build a wall?

Colorado is also facing a fiscal train wreck with prison overcrowding and is shipping surplus inmates to Oklahoma.
