To get voters, the Democrats will go for the flavor du jour:
Slavery in the mid-1800s
Socialism in the late 1800s-early 1900s
Veiled Communism in the mid-1900s
Good-Time Bacchanalianism in the Clinton Era
and now
Islam in the early 21st Century.

What worries me is the attraction Islam will have for the children of liberals. Their lives have been so corrupted & their thinking has already been so distorted by PC claptrap, they'll eventually drift to Islam, looking for meaning. The Democratic party will only be a naturally progression (or stepping stone).
