Your spreading spin again -- Rudy is running as a Republican and the revised form was submitted. Sorry to burst your bubble but it would sure be nice if you all paid attention to facts and not spin!

You are right Rudy is being real, what you see is what you get. I've said on FR many times, I respect Rudy more than Romney because he is honest about who he is.
Unfortunately he believes woman should be able to murder their babies, that homosexuals are gay, and that law abiding folks shouldn't have guns to protect freedom, and property. etc etc... And he is proud of it. THESE ARE BIG! These are not Republican.
Romney is the total opposite; he says what ever to get elected. He comes across so phony. I met him while standing in horse manure, and he was unbelievably unreal. Then he sat right next to me at dinner, and I found out we actually have childhood memories in common. But he is like an empty vessel, I can't imagine him being anything like what Jim Robinson described in #1193
I believe that Romney probably does have pro-life, pro-family tendencies, (just because of his religion) but no backbone to stand for anything. To him its "ALL" about getting elected.

Very well stated! Thanks!

In 1850 the republican party was a third party in it's infancy.
Yep...... been a long time hasn't it...... Don't look for any fringe parties today to pull it off in today's environment, imo. Like it or not the two major parties basically have lock on the system...
To: PhiKapMom
Thankyou for being nice. It makes for alot more unity on FR.
To: Hydroshock
I will vote as I see fit.
LOL.... so do some others on the edge and they've not elected anyone lately either.

But even in my lifetime I saw a third party candidate win 5 states in the general and could have forced the election to the House.
In the information age, organization and financing can happen much easier and faster.
A real third party can come to life in the next 10 years.

That's why we now have yet another divisive term, SoCons. It's strange, but you're the only one I've seen use it.

There are so many problems with that statement I don't where to start.
So, I won't. I'll just let it stand on its own for thinking people to marvel at...

And you, ever the busy political consultant, sitting right next to that rock, ready to smack him down.I guess you earned your money today!
I giggled. I shouldn't have, but, I did. I couldn't help myself. That was funny.
