I exerpted the article because I wasn't sure if I could post the whole thing.

Princess Anne is the eldest child. Too bad she won't be ascending the throne rather than her dork brother. Oh well, the UK has good monarchs and bad, and I predict that His Royal Chuckness will be one of the lamer ones.

Charles has become increasingly unhinged.
I anticipate reading about him dancing through downtown London wearing nothing but his kilt.
Camilla will do that to ANY man.

I think the inbreeding can have unpredictable results, but this guy needs some kind of isolation for the protection of the "royal franchise".

Charles is a useful idiot for the extreme left wing environmental nazis. But the very fact that he cheated on hot Diana for that Horse Face Camilla tells me that he is not fit to be King. Any man with judgment that bad shouldn't be King of anything.

Or maybe Prince Eddy (Prince Albert Victor Christian Edward, Duke of Clarence and Avondale). His sanity and sexuality was questioned too. There's one in every generation.

Can't blame the good Queen for being a bit embarrassed by him.
QEII I've always liked. Charles, not so much.

He should be more concerned with defending the faith.

House the Royal family in a large split level. Think of all the energy that would be saved by closing down all their palaces.

Oh well, the UK has good monarchs and bad Churchill said they most often follow each other, and looking at the current crop - Elizabeth, Charles, William, one would be hard pressed to disagree.

Princess Anne is the Queen's 2nd child. The order is Charles, Anne, Andrew, Edward.

curb his use of royal helicopters and private jets on official engagements when possible. He also revealed he intends to make more use of the royal train. Doesn't his royalty own some royal jets? Does he lease private jets? That has to be a royal hit to the royal coffers.

Actually, Anne is the second-eldest, after Charles.
I agree, however, that Anne would be better suited to the throne. She has a sense of duty and decorum, and is more like her mother.
Charles is such a disappointment!

Agreed. Anne is whip-smart.
But a more realistic hope would be that Charles would 'skip' and then his eldest would take the throne.
