It is too easy to believe the terrible forecasts of Democrats and the liberal media because we are surrounded by them. But here are the facts:
1) Bush's economy survived and rebounded the worst hit at the heart of our financial district on 9/11. Entire financial service companies were wiped out. Our airlines were all in a death spiral toward bankrupty. 2) Yet, under his leadership we have the longest sustainable economic growth, within acceptable inflation rates, in our history. 3) Job creation is at an all time high and unemployment rates are quite low.
Don't let liberal Democrats and the liberal media cause you to give up hope or be discouraged!

Yes we
Not to mention Clark must be an idiot.
A hundred years from now I fear that we will be a hispanic country and that China will have overtaken us as the worlds dominant superpower.
This guy, with a tad of rabidity added, would be the equivalent of Kucinich. Time for him to surrender and go fishing or something benign rather than trying to change our country.
You beat me to it.
General Clark was casheired from Command after he wanted to militarily confront a Russian armored brigade that beat him into Prisitna in Kosovo.
For accuracy, please replace "must be" with "is".
No! He is an idiot!
Dear Weasley Clark,
Our country will be great in 100 years if you and others like you do what they did for our first 100 years, namely:
Get out of our way and let us make it great! Keep your interference to a minimum and take a minimum of OUR money to fund your parasitic lifestyle. That is all.
Disrespectfully, John Q. Public
This whole concept of "retirement" is a little funky. If it means quitting your miserable job as soon as you can, so you can live off an income and not work, I say best of luck, but you aint entitled to it, and I dont feel inclined to help just anyone.
I love what I do. I don't ever plan on quitting til I'm dead. And hopefully I can keep going after that! So to me "retirement" means disabled or dead. I'd have to be unable, and then that's not "retirement" anymore, it's not being able to work.
Huh? How did Weasley ever make it to general officer rank?
"Neither government nor "the market" is a universal tool --"
But Wes Clark is.
looks like a communist manifesto to me. And I didn't need to move on to the link to know what he says.
Sure it sounds good. But looking to the fine print it pretty much infers that the Constitution will have to be revised to obtain a better "blend" (my word) of power.
I wouldn't be surprised if you told me that in 100 years we would be merged with Canada and Mexico to compete in the global market. And the Constitution is completely skewered. But that will probably happen long before 100 years.
I have been thinking the same thing. If we are going to stay competitive with the Asian mega-countries (China, India, Russia) over the next century we are going to need a population at least half of theirs which is double what we have now.
I just wish we would be more selective about who we let in here. I have a feeling there will be a lot of immigrants from western Europe as that area becomes dominated by Muslims.
We have in the past and will continue to let in whoever works for the lowest amount of pay.
ONLY a complete fool or democRAT would listen to fired-general-leftist w. clark..
