Probably the one main advantage Romney has over Guiliani and McVain is he at least realizes the need to reach out to the SoCon vote.

Also, this is one person in the group endorsing Romney, not the group itself.

Interesting. For a long time I have thought Romney might get the nomination. He is certainly a more formidable candidate than many realize.

My comment is only my impartial assessment. I have no favorite in this race and am simply observing. I may pick someone to back later in the year, but since my donations are in the small range and my primary is late in the year, my backing is really inconsequential.

I will vote for whoever is the eventual nominee, even if it is McCain. I simply do not think that a democrat is an acceptable choice ever, and especially in time of war.

Perhaps this should read. . .Bobb shoots - Romney scores!. . .

Either way, however; point made; and I am glad for Romney; because so far; he is the only candidate I see with a 'win' in front of him.

Likely this is a very important endorsement for Romney--but I just think it is too early to be talking about putting him "...over the top".

Everything is still very fluid, and should be, this far out.

The democrats are chomping at the bit with hope that Rudy, McCain or Romney will be the MSM and RNC choice for POTUS as any of the three will lose.

One person does not a movement make. Pat Robertson thinks Rudy's OK, but I would not take that as an indicator that the evangelical vote is gonna shift there.

You're just pissed he didnt come out for Hunter. By the way, former Senator Jim Talent, who is no slouch as far as Christian Conservatives, joined Romney campaign yesterday.

Hardly. But I'm used to you making baseless claims.

In case you didn't notice, I opened my comments that Romney's awareness of the need to reach out to SoCons is an advantage over Rudy and McVain.

Glad to be able to point to something solid to my wobbly Christian friends. Most of them like Romney alot and don't have a problem with the Morman issue. We'll see but I sent out an email with the article by Ertelt, LifeNews.com Editor, just for some feedback...hope it's good.

Duncan who?

Considering that, in the latest Fox News Poll, when people asked who they would vote for if the election were held today, and Romney had 3 percent to Hunter's two percent, I would be a bit careful making such a quip, since it could easily boomerang back with "Mitt who?"

"Is the NRA going to endorse Romney? How about GOA?"

The GOA should have some ratings out for 08 Presidential candidates by March 5th.

They have a full page slamming McCain already. I think he is toast as far as the RKBA vote goes.
