Just the beginning, where he said it was time for the government to start helping these people out.

Tell us about it.

The reporter asked him what needs to be done for the people who were affected.

He first mentioned that Gov. Crist needs to hurry to do what he can to help them.

Then he rambled incoherently for a few minutes about how family and friends need to come help out (which is a good idea, but his incoherence probably didn't get the message through)...

Because then, he said that there is a lot of damage but not NEARLY what a hurricane causes and "everyone knows what happened here in Florida in 2004, and 2005 in New Orleans, FEMA was awful and let everyone down"...continued on a rant about the old FEMA..but he says they will be ready NOW for a hurricane.

The reporter had to get him BACK to talking about today's damage.

He started talking about the state and Federal help that will come and "fix these people's lives".

I can't possibly type it in a way to convey how totally uninformed he sounded..plus, the camera was following him through the crowd, on the way to where the reporter was...and he was laughing the whole way, until he got to her...and then you would have thought 9/11 happened again...ugh
