Too cool.....do you put out something for them to eat? Do they make raccoon food?
I just came back to the computer..They start out eating the black oil sunflower seeds left over on the patio..I then add corn, this time cracked corn..and give the patio a late afternoon sprinkle . I do not have but an occasional dove this time of year or the number of squirrels eating so there is always enough to tempt the raccoon. He(she) is really pretty..
Last summer I had to put out food after dark as the squirrels gobbled up everything. The fox comes by about 2am+ and I don't plan on staying up!
