I dont disagree on Duncan Hunter but realistically - I dont' think he has much of a chance. I KNOW he is a good guy, and I met his staff while I worked in NoVA. Great people.
And unfortunately, the country wont take another Bush after GWB - although Jeb would be great.

America doesn't have a revolving monarchy and Jeb will ignore you.
Hunter is a protectionist. That means that he has NO chance to raise the much needed money for the primary.
