One of the students mentioned to her friend that there were bunches of Middle-Eastern guys buying phones in the Radio Shack at Metrocenter, Jackson, MS.
About 13 men or so bought the tracphones and her clerk friend also said that many of them came in buying phones in the afternoon as well.
I contacted the FBI in Jackson already.
No, even less, he just reported some "weird" Arabs on a plane, and 2 out of 19 just happened to be there. Well lookie there!
Again, if these guys did nothing wrong, they have nothing to worry about. The FBI is not burdened in anyway to make a quick call to Radio Shack and maybe drive 10 miles down State St. to 80 and just check things out. It takes 30 mins. If I am wrong and you are right, a field agent wastes 30 mins. If I am right and you are wrong, well, who knows.
However, more than a dozen Arabs in a store buying all the phones they can get is a little suspicious. Doing so at Metrocenter is VERY SUSPICIOUS. Why don't they just hit a local Wal-mart? Well, because for some reason they want to pick the most dangerous place in Jackson to buy a tracphone.

Yeah, my kids (at school) think he is the biggest drug dealer in Jackson. Either they hate him for a reason, or know something I don't.
Did it ever occur to you that if YOU know it's a cell phone "scam," the FBI probably knows all about this kind of activity, too? And, therefore, despite Struggle's well-intentioned and proper phone call, they ignored the warning, knowing it was not a terrorist plot. No money wasted except Struggle's quarter.

Look at what happened in Boston yesterday: a whole town stopped in its tracks because some advertising agency decides it would be a good idea to put electronic devices on bridges and tunnels.
NYers recently had to endure a natural gas "scare" and before that had to put up with a small plane gliding around the canyons of NYC before smashing through a high rise. In each case, cops were called out in the droves. Should all of these things been ignored because they turned out to be non-terrorist acts? I don't think so.

Any FBI agent knows something is going on just because it is the Metrocenter.
