When I first joined, I found out from various FReepers before me that there was a bug on FR that if you didn't close your HTML tags, it would mess up the posts following it. So if you posted

Don't think that was a 'bug'.
It took several Freepathons to afford the bigger servers and John Robinson's doing the upgrades.
We all hollared and closed others' tags all the time.

Yes that html thingie was funny.
There was one thread that kept the marquee tag.running through 10 or 20 posts.
It was difficult to read! But fun...
