The Kennedy, Chavez & Chomsky Pipeline
The American Thinker ^ | 31 Jan 2007 | Marc Sheppard

Have you seen the latest Citgo-sponsored commercial for Citizens Energy Corporation? At first glance you may have mistaken it for a Saturday Night Live sketch and watched it prepared for a good laugh. That is, until you'd realized it was all too serious. Until it struck you that a member of one of North America's most powerful political families may well be in bed with one of South America's most notorious and dangerous men. But it gets even more disturbing. The language used to rationalize this unholy alliance appears to be right from the playbook of the devout anarchist many refer to as the Ayatollah of anti-Americanism.

The bizarre 30 second pitch (video) opens with a man who complains he needs 2 pairs of long underwear and a jacket to stay warm inside his house. We then fade into the image of an elderly "84 and alone" woman dragging an iron cot into her kitchen from her basement so she can, as her voice-over tells us, "sleep by the oven." The next voice we hear is that of Joseph Kennedy II, who assures us that "help is on the way."

Sounds similar to how my Dad grew up. Only he didn't sleep near the oven. He warmed a brick, wrapped it in newspaper and took it to bed with him.

I never realized how "cruel" his childhood was.

And the bathroom was in the backyard. Lots of very cold walks in the middle of the night to the "restroom." He told me how he had to hop from footprint to foot print to avoid stepping in the snow.

Wow. He had it really bad.

IF ol' Hugo REALLY cared about helping poor Americans...

He would send someone to help me chisel out the foot thick glacier that has formed in my driveway over the last two weeks.

Danged old global warming.

I'm 56 years old. We had a 2-holer until I was age 7. We kept a 'chamber bucket' under the bed in case we had to do #1, which was O.K. If #2 worked it's way through you, you had to go outside. When the temperature or snow was adverse, it was worth the licking I got the next day for doing #2 in the chamber bucket, even though it stunk up the whole 2nd floor of the house.

American Citgo owners really don't need this. They already have enough trouble as it is. How would you like to have your business associated with Joe Kennedy?

Ok here is the procedure as practiced by my family.
You heat up cobblestones in the oven.
When ready for bed take one out and wrap it in a towel.
Place in bed under the covers about where your chest would be.
Leave it for awhile to warm up the bed.
Upon geting into bed move the wrapped, hot, cobblestone to the foot of the bed.
Then slide in and put your feet on the covered cobblestone until warm.
Say your prayers that you can get through the night without having to pee. - tom

But it was the curious reference to "our friends in Venezuela" in this most recent commercial that caught the eye and ire of a January 19th USA Today editorial, which fittingly noted:

"It's not entirely clear which ‘good friends' Kennedy is referring to. Chavez, who has called Bush ‘a genocidal murderer and a madman'? The Venezuelan people, whose natural resources Chavez is squandering?"

A question sure to be followed up by the MSM.

On one hand; we could see all this as curious. On the other; however; it IS so frickin predictable. The Left goes 'hand in hand' with totalitarians et al. . .at home and world-wide.

Blood from a turnip, easier to get, than the truth of our American traitors; who pass themselves off as 'legitimate and altruistic patriots'.

NEVER FORGET

When JOSEPH KENNEDY II was still running for Mass. Governor, a caller called into what was then the early morning NET (National Education Television) Cable TV Political Talk Program to discuss JOE's longtime misbehaviors. A TV Program that was co-hosted by now FoX News Political reporter MAJOR GARRETT & now Judicial Watch President TOM FITTON.

After sharing how thrilled he had once been over having shaken JFK's hand on a day in Los Angeles when he accepted his Party's nomination for President in the Summer of 1960, this caller stated that he was no longer a KENNEDY Fan like he once was. Continuing as to why, the caller lamented:

"Those poor KENNEDY women. The KENNEDYs are abusing them, annaling them, and they're killing them (one or another)."

This TV Program was airing in Mass at the time and reaired later that morning there. That's twice that morning, folks.

The very next day Mass. Gubernatorial Candidate JOSEPH KENNEDY II publically withdrew from the Race.

Signed:..a NET Caller who got up early just to make the Call.

NEVER FORGET
