To: Eagle Eye

Been there done that...1974 outside of Aberdeen, Maryland. Me and my wife, 35mph, rounding the corner to get onto the interstate. Luckily no serious injuries to persons or bike.

Done quite a bit of group riding but we always tried to stay ahead of traffic. No fun looking into your mirror and seeing cars trying to jockey for position around you because you're a traffic hazard.

Hey...is this thread a rehash of the Harley one about 8 months ago. I thought the union settled and approved a new contract...how long are their contracts good for? 1 year?

Different deal. York workers VS: Milwaukee workers.

Different issues in each case.

Your wife ride with you after that?

Solo riders don't understand how much different it is to carry a passenger.

A few months ago our group had a picnic and set out some cones for skills practice. Oddly enough I was better with my passenger than solo.
