Whatever happened to the "sunshine law"? Are not we allowed to read it?
Republicans should just all vote no in a block.
Then they can call it "the Democratic Budget" and pick and choose every earmark, stupidity and wasteful line item in it for the next year and call it the Democratic "habit of wanton waste", etc.
