Biden's explanation that he meant, clean cut, is just as racist as the first expression. In other words, he was saying that Obama looks white, talks white and has an Ivy league education, unlike most other Blacks.

You guys don't get it. These candidates would run over their grandmothers to get air time. They don't care if it's good or bad, they just need their face in front of the 95% clueless public. Early in the race, you can figure people to do outrageous things for effect and to get attention. They feel their best chance at getting elected is getting name recognition and a chance to go to "rehab" through the media.
