Morn'in. It's definitely increasing. Last time I checked yesterday the count was 275,000.

Curiouser and curiouser. It's clearly time for a pardon - Congressional or Presidential. And, it's clearly time for The Wall to be built.

Curious?
It's a direct attempt by "agents" of the President to make sure the border remains open. They got caught this time, but it won't stop,

Which came first, Nifong or Sutton?
Both seem to be more concerned about their own career advancement than their prosecutorial ethics.
Now, Sutton is more concerned about his own butt than about the drug dealer's butt.

Well then, I'll have to do some more checking.
It was 275,000 when I copied the petition codes 5 or 6 days ago.

Jerome Corsi has my full respect and admiration.
Johnny Sutton has my complete contempt and disgust. Sutton should be disbarred and prosecuted.

This article indicates the bullet was never removed from the drug smuggler..
I have recently read reports (conflicting reports) about the validity of the ballistic reports on said bullet..
Some claim ballistics showed that Ramos gun was used, some claim that ballistics did not match..
Now this article says the bullet was never removed..
I don't know what to believe anymore..
Seems like everyone is changing the "facts" to suit their personal agenda..

Aldrete-Davila advised that he fled back to Mexico where his wound was treated at a local hospital but the bullet was left in Aldrete-Davila's body."
The bullet was left in in Mexico. It was later removed by a doctor in the US and turned over to the fed gov (OIG?). The ballistics test failed to prove that it came from either of the agent's guns. Inconclusive as to Ramos' gun. However, Sutton said that it was a match. We don't know what the evidence at trial was.

Another article said that the ballistics test was one by the State of Texas, not the FBI.
That, per the article, was not normal procedure, as the case was a Federal case, not a State case.
Sutton/Sutton's office was apparently the one who made the arrangements for the ballistics test -- at the State facility, not through the FBI.
Ballistics data don't support charge against border agents

The list of people who need to be fired/disbarred/go to jail over this keeps growing.

The internal Department of Homeland Security memoranda which have been denied Congress despite repeated requests by two House members I heard a congressman on the radio the other day, and he said SEVENTY congressmen, not TWO, signed a letter sent to the Dept of HLS requesting pertinent documents be released to be reviewed.

Ditto that. Seems like both sides are doing their level best to muddy the waters as much as they can.

Bill O'Reilly had him on spewing his version of the truth last week and for some reason refuses to believe what he is being told about the other side of this... people need to bombard OR with the truth, at least he's covering this case, we just need to educate him that Sutton is not any more honest than Nifong.
