What Tony Snow should have said: "On a related note, please refer to the president as 'President Bush'." Precisely. . .it is pityful the disrespect; their absolute refusal to go there. (Wendel Goler; on Fox News; has NEVER slipped up. . .) GW get Mister Bush. . .or is referenced as 'the president'; seldom, if ever; do we hear; or more importantly, does President Bush here; himself referrenced with the respect and dignity and by the title, he deserves.
