its all fine for people to eulogize europe before its dead, but remember europe was in this position before!
they should stand up and do something about it!

That was before they turned into Euro-weenies. They no longer have the desire for defending themselves. And back then, when they did defend themselves, they not only had their kingdoms and countries to fight for, but they believed that there was a God to fight for, too. They no longer believe that. It's only the Muslims who think they have a god to fight for, even if it is a false god.

They're history..., Islam is on the rise.

Yes, a Europe once stood up to Islamic rulers. A Europe that believed in something. That shared a common Christian, Western identity.

All too many have turned with disgust towards those two defining identities, and now hale the gods of diversity and multiculturalism.

And do you think diversity and multiculturalism can unite a people and give them a cause like Christianity and Western Civilization did?

We know the answer to that question all too well...

I have hope. Just not nearly as strong as I'd like it to be.
