I would like to ask a dumb question...

Why is the Crime that got them incarcerated/locked up gets them prosecuted but the other Crime that will get them deported "not" prosecuted in the beginning?

Another dumb question...
Which of the following will a typical LEO pursue from the time he/she pulls over the "suspect" until the case is closed
a. Seat Belt Infraction
b. Illegal Alien

A recent headline stated that Nevada needs something like three BILLION dollars to build and staff additional prisons.

The two questions I have never been able to get answered.

1. How many illegals in Nevada prisons and jails?

2. Why can't we get the feds to take custody of them, as immigration enforcement is a Fed. job, and their failure to carry out that duty allowed the illegals to commit crimes on U.S. soil.

All illegals should be deported upon detection, the ones in prison and jail should be first to go!
