I laughed out loud more than once at this. Very well done, with large bits of truth throughout...and how sad is it that Ozzy without his makeup looks a lot like Sour Susan and Hanoi Jane?

From the Washington Times up now:

Miss Fonda, 69, said she had been silent on the subject of the Iraq war because she thought she would be a distraction to the anti-war cause.
"Silence is no longer an option," she said to cheers.
Her presence at an earlier demonstration at Seventh Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW prompted jeers from a few dozen counterdemonstrators, some of whom held signs that expressed support for the troops in Iraq and disparaged Miss Fonda personally. Some objected to her presence at the site of the Navy Memorial. The sides exchanged hostile and obscenity-laced taunts, but police kept the groups separate.
Among the participants were soldiers being treated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

I didn't see that, but I saw a sign that had a roasted bird on it and it said "Dove, it's what's for dinner" and I was wondering if that was a Protest Warrior sign.

IM with her. Send the OLSEN twins. The brave Men & Woman defending our Freedom might like to see them up close.

Cinnamon Girl. By any chance did you write for the National Lampoon back in the 70s?

Your captions for the photos had me shooting Heineken thru my nose.

Asked why he is wearing a bandana over his face, Georgetown senior Matt LeDeuce says "the liberals around here smell like crap."

Make that "the Communist traitors around here smell like crap." These people are NOT liberals. They're leftists and enablers of Muslim terrorists.

NEVER FORGET

The Enemy Within FONDA was being most clever yesterday in D.C. when she lyingly told the American People that she had been "Silent for the last 34 years" so as not to damage the Anti-War Movement.

An Anti-War Movement that's only recently gained traction as our Commander-in-Chief BUSH was busy bringing Freedom to the enslaved People of Iraq.

This to give greater gravity to her breaking silence now.

When actually,
...FONDA has been forced to be silent by us Freedom-Fighter Vietnam Vets she so deeply disparaged during the Vietnam War.

Disparagement that resulted in:

Somebody should point out that if global warming really does destroy the earth, Mr. No Nukes there is the one to blame.

(OK, maybe Jane Fonda too)

I understand there are laws against participating in mass public demonstrations while wearing masks (the so-called anti Ku Klux Klan laws). Why wasn't this punk and his cohorts arrested?

I would bet that an extremely large number of these protesting turds voted for Al-a-Gore-y in '00 AND John F'ing sKerry in '04... and that said protestors are still ticked the name of the Electoral College "game" is to have more votes than the second place finisher.

Are you sure that's an unidentified woman? Looks like John Kerry to me!

I think that the problem may have been... that there was a Stonehenge monument on the stage that was in danger of being crushed... by a dwarf.

Perfect. They must have drawn the models on a napkin.

BTW, just in case you don't know who the organizers of this little Smell-In are, here's a brief excerpt...

United For Peace and Justice: The Co-Chair and principal leader of UFPJ is Leslie Cagan, an original founder of the Committees of Correspondence (a remnant organization created by the American Communist Party upon going out of business) and a strong supporter of Fidel Castro since the 1960s; Cagan proudly aligns her politics with those of Communist Cuba. ...The breadth of UFPJ's agendas extends well beyond anti-war activism. Passionately anti-American, this group condemns virtually every aspect of U.S. foreign policy and domestic life. It impugns America's "daily assaults and attacks on poor and working people, on women, people of color, lesbians/gays and other sexual minorities, the disabled, and so many others." It asserts that "the government treats all immigrants as potential terrorist threats until proven innocent, in violation of the Constitution," thereby "expanding the scope and depth of racial injustice within the U.S."

A regular "Coalition of the Willing (Idiots)."
