I find it interesting that there were no significant protests for a period, then once the Dems were "swept into power by a growing weariness of the war" there are suddenly "tens of thousands" of people energized to take to the streets.
From what I've seen it is a group of old people attempting to re-live the summer-of-love-and-no-hygeine. Or they have all had a simultaneous bout of senility.

This statement is correct. The deplorable behaviour of the new Congress is an open invitation to these weak, cowardly people. Blame Congress First.
