Corporations will demand it. Afterall, what is
good for General Motors is good for America.

I suppose you could make the argument that national health care already exists to some extent, but I don't think the public would allow "single payer" to ever be forced upon it.

not unless we were suddenly revisited by the black death or something, and the entire country took leave of it's senses.
