Fence Work Starts on Goldwater Range (AZ/Mex Border)

"Rep. Raul Grijalva, who represents Yuma, came out against the decision, saying it was shortsighted to build walls that would harm endangered species and merely force people to cross at different parts of the border.

In building the fence, Agen said, the federal government aims to match the correct infrastructure with the unique characteristics of the border. He said protecting the Goldwater Range is important because as an active bombing range, illegal immigrants are endangered and also hamper military training.

"They have to stop training every time there is an incursion," he said.

They find them on this range all the time. And you know who is going to get in trouble if one of them gets hurt during an exercise? Some poor pilot who was just doing his job. This is the most frustrating part of all of this for me. My husband works at an off-base range, and these illegals crossing on military land causes so many lost training hours and wastes so much money.

In the USA the official stance is to bomb Christians for Al-Qaeda backed KLA drug runners and jail border agents for shooting a drug smuggler in the butt.
