First, I hear "Rudy had no control over abortion", even though he went out of his way to vocally support it and identify himself as a supporter, but then I get "abortions declined while Rudy was mayor". Which is it?

BTW, you mentioned earlier that Rudy enacted no policies that resulted in increased gun control, but the issuance of carry permits declined 25% during his administration.
