Muslim Groups Opposed to ABC's Hiring of Radio Talk Show Host
(CNSNews.com) - Three Arab and Muslim American advocacy groups are voicing their opposition to ABC's "Good Morning America" hiring talk-show host Glenn Beck, claiming he has "an obvious anti-Arab and anti-Muslim prejudice in his broadcasts." The Arab American Institute, American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, and the Muslim Public Affairs Council claim Beck made "threats and blatantly inaccurate statements" on his show. The groups sent a letter to ABC/Disney asking for a meeting to detail their concerns. They have also launched a membership action campaign urging supporters to contact ABC News over Beck's hiring. "[Glenn Beck's] addition to 'Good Morning America' would disseminate his prejudiced, openly-hostile and ignorant commentary to an even broader national audience, and diminish the credibility of your reputable and highly-rated news show," said the groups said in the letter to ABC. "To provide a platform for his hateful speech is dangerous and irresponsible, and we strongly and urgently implore you to reconsider this move," they wrote.
He may have said day-time talk show host but I can't say for sure. I'll tell you tomorrow.

It appears that we are now following in the footsteps of our European friends. I don't have a legal answer for what is occuring but it seems to me that Kruschev's warning that our freedoms will ultimately be our downfall are starting to come to fruition. Unfortunately, he had no idea that what will bring us down is not communism but Islam.......

The most recent ratings I can find from "Talkers Magazine" are from Spring of 2006. These are Arbitron ratings and they do have Savage ahead of Glenn, but that is almost a year ago...

I just posted talk show ratings from late last year, but, they all like to rave about their ratings anyway.
But Mike has over 370 stations.
I don't know how many Beck has.

I have heard him say over 300 but not the latest.
His web site says 234 affiliates.
Yes, but ratings don't change overnight.
Beck may very well move up, unless he's a bigger success on tv, because he seems to have the personality for it.
