5 cups is too much.
2 or 3 are better than 5.
Not to exceed 4 cups a day.
Studies say that 4 spread out over the day is the best to keep a person alert. But, too much coffee as the opposite affect.
Now....don't be having withdrawal symptoms already....LOL
