Riding my horse, especially if I can ride with my children. Pure joy; each of the horse's strides carries with it a prayer of thanksgiving.

Petting dogs...when I make a delivery snd a dog comes over to me, the owners are surprised how the dogs respond to me.
the secret is petting them under their chins, cats and dogs love being petted there.
My horse makes me happy or I make her happy....haven't figured it out yet:') Doing things with my grandkids (one at a time) makes me happy too.
