Actually, here's a good day that makes me happy. Warm late afternoon on the deck after a day of gardening, having BBQ with family. Coming in and then playing tunes for the Troops with FRiends :)

Well, once again I've been doing a little bit of blogging. So much going on to comment on. I'm clicking on my screename and then "In Forum" to read those comments. People can click on a freeper's screename and then "In Forum" to do the same.
Doing some washing this morning. Weather's supposed to be nice today. Forecast high in the low 50's.
Enjoying watching Bo and Jenny play with each other this morning.

No...no....
5 cups is too much.
2 or 3 are better than 5.
Not to exceed 4 cups a day.
Studies say that 4 spread out over the day is the best to keep a person alert. But, too much coffee as the opposite affect.
Now....don't be having withdrawal symptoms already....LOL
