Loved the line, we can Balance the Budget and she jumps out of her seat. Then he finishes it with, and not Raise Taxes and she sits there stewing.

Dry eyes can also result from aging. If she wears contacts, especially soft ones, the lights could have been drying them out, which can feel as though they are not securely in place and can blur sight. Blinking can be an attempt to moisten them.

Several times, I saw her turn her head slightly with a puzzled look on her face. Perhaps her hearing has declined? And the *chewing* and other mouth movements looked to me like perhaps she had a loose cap on one side. No one with all her money would have dentures, would they? She could afford implants. Certainly she takes very good care of herself and would not have accepted tooth loss or a lower plate.

I also thought that she kept leaning towards Cheney to make sure she was in the shot, but that could have been her attempt to hear more clearly.

Her eyes have been reworked recently. Just look at older pics in comparison. They aren't as buggy as they were.

Did anyone notice how fast Nancy was blinking her eyes?

Heard on the radio this morning someone actually counted her blinks, it was somewhere between 20-30 a minute. Dick Cheney had at times 3 per minute.
