Don't buy into too much fat...it's simple carbs...like sugar that creates the problem.......flaxseed oil in cottage cheese will correct the problem over time.
I recently started adding flaxseed meal to oatmeal (I'm trying to make a habit of eating breakfast, which I've never in the past). Is flaxseed oil better than the flaxseed meal?

Wasn't there a lady (I forget her name) that was big on promoting cottage cheese and flax seed oil several years ago?
