Ah, that's great. I hadn't seen Mr. Borgnine for a long time. Glad to know he's still going strong.
Happy 90th Birthday Mr. Borgnine!
And thanks, Lunar, for the post. :)

He hasn't changed much. What an amazing guy!

Old Quentin McHale does indeed look great. And he has outlived his nemesis Leadbottom by quite a few years. Nice story.

Hamden, Connecticut ping.
Part of the reason he looks good is his fifth wife, who is the head of some cosmetics company and invented some miracle face cream. She actually used a before and after of her own husband in her full page newspaper ads.
Also, for those who saw the movie Simone (2002), the computer actress generator allowed Sione to be created from a list of top stars. In addition to obvious greats and sirens like Grace Kelly and Sophia Loren, you can see Ernest Borgnine thrown into the mix.

He joined a drama company in Hartford, Conn., then spent five years at the Barter Theater in Abingdon, Va. Hey, that's back home in Southwest Virginia! Too cool!
Borgnine is also a 33rd degree Master Mason in the Abingdon Lodge No. 48 in Virginia.

He really does look great.
Here's a McHale's Navy cast photo, since you won't likely see that show on TV Land any time soon (too expensive to edit out all the "Nip" references, I guess.):

This is interesting because of his Connecticut connections. Might want to ping the Connecticut contingent.
