I don't buy this for a minute. Unless there is a catastrophic disease or war there will be no population decline.

Here in the U.S. we are expecting a dramatic increase in population.

From our own census bureau:

And Mexico is seeing a decrease in population. So aren't you stating the obvious?

I guess they want the "red area" to work and pay for the retirement benefits for those who are left in the "green area". Maybe..??
