It would be nice if this got picked up by some more blogs.
Internet the thing! I wonder if Eagle Forum would publish it?
Phyllis Schlafly did an end run around the country club republicans and self published a paperback book and gave it away when Goldwater was running for president. She changed things for many years after that, we ended up with Reagan as President partly because of her efforts.
I thought you said the local GOP did a lot of fund raising for the party but the party wasn't listening to you and others. Sounds like they are trying to silence everyone. It seems like everything is backwards. They need you for fundraising.
Lot of screaming by some old dinosaurs in the GOP I guess.
Being a 24/7 member I have the mp3 of the Thanksgiving show and could isolate the lamb rape story in about 10 minutes, however, I don't know how to post it or I would.
Believe me, you would believe it.
Interesting points you raise on Richardson and NK and UN... hmmmm for some good investigative reporters on our side.
Possibly... still looks faked to me.
I had to go out (we're furniture shopping) so, darn I missed her speech.
correct and I read this week South Dakota, of all states, is wanting to go along with this. How far have we sunk when small states like SD have no clue how powerless they will become if the big states succeed in pulling off this power play?
I hate to agree about Rush's behavior at times, but it is true. I have had to turn him off several times in the past year alone because of the Filthy and disgusting topics, Language and him keeping the cruddy story going. When I turn him off that is usually it for the day, I go on to other things and totally forget to turn the Radio back on. He is such a valuable asset, and great Person except in those times when he seems like a different person. I have discussed this with others, both Men and Women and we all do the same thing, we turn off the Radio, and cannot understand why he finds himself compelled to do this.
Good job.
I have a theory as to why he does it but it's too early to express it. A few weeks ago he spent nearly half of his show talking about should a man stand or sit while doing his business.
Okay, thanks. I'm convinced now that he did some sort of tasteless story.
But I still don't like that BTS guy. (smile)
I'm sure BTS will get a kick outa that. I've posted this a lot but here goes again. Our postmaster always had Rush on and all the patrons could hear it. A couple of months ago he quit.
He said he was getting complaints from patrons about the potty mouth so he doesn't have him on anymore.
Wonder what's with the oscillating camera?
Lots of speculation about that, I really can't see that it made it better but I'm prejudiced.
Don't tell me it's not true if you are unwilling to look up the facts yourself. You are the rude one for challenging FACTS that you are unwilling to corroborate yourself.
Look it up. I had nine children here who were unfortunate enough to hear it on the radio, and some on the thread heard it too.
Now quit telling others they are rude when it certainly applies only to you.
FR stands for truth, apparently you do not.
EXACTLY......
And, God bless you for speaking up for truth. That is a fine thing.
lol
Oh, and let's not forget Rush's recent odd fascination with "Panda porn". He went on with that for close to a half of an hour a few weeks ago. Oh well .......
Great post!
Wahoooooo, one more day until Jack gives Keith Olbermann something to complain about next week!!!
Especially since him dying all of a sudden would garner the sympathy vote. If I was Bill I'd watch my back. Makes me wonder if there is another reason he is looking so ill al the time.
21% mortgages wasn't unheard of and 17-18% the norm. ALl of which makes me wonder what made people think when we hit 6% we'd have a falling of our housing market. I cannot remember such high rates or such low rates in my lifetime and anyone not appreciating this wasn't around back in the late 70's.
