I wouldn't mind my original idea of repeated Hook Flashes to the 800 number (as it costs the recipient per call), but buried within some old statute is probably a proscription for such activity, and FR cannot officially advocate such.

We'll need all creative heads in on this one.

So far I've emailed this story to Blackfive milblog, Michelle Malkin, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Rush, Hugh Hewitt, John Gibson of FoxNews (and others at FoxNews).

I think we're handling it correctly now. This story has legs all over the Web, and even discussing things like repeated hook flashes or DOS attacks could rebound on FR. Convincing customers to take their business elsewhere is the way to deal with these jerks.

Well my entire address book got an email. Some are PGR riders and many of my friends support the troops. So if they want to forward it, let them. I think WE need to know who we do business with. I refuse to use the Muslim owned gas stations. I know and have been told that many are not Muslim owned but Sikh. I know about the Sikhs..... my daughter is married to a Sikh.... So I decided to ask the gas attendants (I live in NJ where we don't pump our gas ) if they were Sikh. I didn't ask if they were Muslim. They totally hate Sikhs and will tell you in no uncertain words that they are not. Hearing that I just can drive away and get my gas elsewhere. I also started to use that at 7 11 's and other small stores. If they say they are Muslim or Islamic I just say sorry I don't do business with Muslims and walk out. I do not have to give them my business and I just won't. I have the right to pick and choose who to give my business to so far....

I wouldn't bother with that in any case. 800 calls are dirt cheap now. Not like the old days. Waste of energy.
